Elopement and Wedding Packages

8 Hour Package- 4,100

This package is my most popular and for a good reason. It gives plenty of time for getting ready photos through to most of the big reception moments. With 700+ edited high resolution images, a secure online gallery, full print release, and 3 week photo gallery turnaround, this is a big winner. It also included one “add on” from the section on the bottom of this page. An engagement session, second shooter, adventure session, OR Polaroid add on.

10 Hour package- $5,100

If you are having a larger wedding or want to make sure nothing is missed, a 10 hour package might be a good fit for you. This gives time for all the big moments of the day. It is a good choice for those who are planning a reception exit they want photographed, want lots of getting ready and detail photos, or just want to be sure every moment is documented. Timeline help if needed, one “add on”, 800+ edited high resolution photos, secure online gallery, and full print release are included, along with a three week edited gallery turnaround.

6 HOUR PACKAGE- $3,800

6 hour is a good option for elopements or small weddings. If you don’t have a lot of details to photograph or a big reception, or if you’re eloping and want plenty of portrait time, this is perfect. 500+ edited high resolution images, secure online gallery, 3 week photo turnaround.

Add Ons and Extras

Engagement Session- $900 or $450 when added to a wedding package

Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know each other and feel more at ease on your wedding day, in addition to getting some amazing photos for save the dates or just because! This is a 1-2 hour session where we wander and have fun and get some amazing photos of the two of you. You will get 75+ edited photos in an online gallery with full print release.

Adventure portrait Session- $1,000 or $550 when added to a wedding package

This is a great way to get extra portraits in your wedding outfits in a fun location. If you are having a venue wedding but love the beach, or want mountain photos or even a fun in home, we can schedule a session the day after/week after/month after your wedding, you can get dolled up, and we can add to your wedding gallery. 75+ photos, online gallery, full print release.

Second Shooter- $1,000

Extra angles, oh my! I love having a second shooter and recommend it if your wedding is over 150 guests, if you’re getting ready at different locations, or if you just want to get all those sweet angles of the ceremony and portrait time.

Polaroid Add-On- $400

Super fun way to add a little extra to your wedding! I will take Polaroid photos at different points of your day and you’ll leave the wedding with 30+ fun Polaroid photos that tell a story.

Film Add-On- $400 base fee + $50 per roll

Fim is such a love of mine! The nostalgia and emotions that film bring enhance your day like no other. All the gritty, grainy, lovely details. I recommend choosing at least 2 rolls of film to accentuate your day. If you choose this as an included add-on to a package, I will do 2 rolls unless you add more. It gives you a good variety of photos through the day that will tell your story. If you want film photos of each and every moment, I recommend 1 roll per 2 hours of coverage.

Travel Information and Packages

Travel is a passion of mine. All of my travel packages are inclusive, meaning there is no extra charge for flights, car rentals, or accommodations.

With travel weddings, I arrive 1-2 full days before coverage starts to scout locations and give ample time in case of travel delays.

If your wedding is more than a 6 hour drive from Portland, OR, or requires a flight, it is considered a travel wedding.

8 Hour Travel Wedding- $5,500.

This package includes 8 hours of wedding coverage split over one or two days. For example, this could mean 4 hours at sunrise and another 4 at sunset, or 2 hours of wedding rehearsal dinner coverage and 6 hours of wedding day coverage. This is a great package for people who want all the details captured, plenty of portraits, and most or all of a wedding day. This package includes all travel by photographer, 700+ edited and high resolution images, a secure online gallery with full personal use rights, and full printing rights.

10 Hour Travel Wedding- $8,000

This package includes 10 hours of wedding coverage split over one or two days. For example, this could mean 4 hours at sunrise and another 6 later in the day, or 3 hours of wedding rehearsal dinner coverage and 7 hours of wedding day coverage. This is a great package for people who want all the details captured, plenty of portraits, and most or all of a wedding day. This package includes all travel by photographer, 900+ edited and high resolution images, a secure online gallery with full personal use rights, and full printing rights.

Wedding Weekend Coverage- $10,500

This package includes up to 15 hours of wedding coverage split over one, two, or three days. For example, this could mean 4 hours of a welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner, 8 hours of wedding day coverage, and an adventure session on day three for extra portrait coverage in a separate location. This is such a great package for those who want to document every aspect of their destination wedding or have many events planned over several days. This package includes all travel by photographer, 1000+ edited and high resolution images, a secure online gallery with full personal use rights, and full printing rights.

Travel Wedding Add-Ons

“Wedding Highlights” Film Add-On- $500

Fim is such a love of mine! The nostalgia and emotions that film bring enhance your day like no other. All the gritty, grainy, lovely details. The highlight film package includes 3+ rolls of film taken throughout the day to tell the story. Lots of details, couple photos, ceremony highlights, and other fun moments. This ends up being about a 90% (digital)/10% (film) split in the final gallery.

Full Day Film Add-On- $1,000

This is for the film obsessed! Photos taken all throughout the day, including family photos, candids, details, couple photos, all main events, and more. This film package includes 6+ rolls of film taken throughout the day to tell the entire story. This would end in more of a 70% (digital)/30% (film) split in the final gallery.
